Data Deletion Instructions
You can revoke TikTok, Google/YouTube, or Meta/Instagram access and request deletion of the related personal and platform data stored by EMS at any time.
Effective date: 2026-08-03
1. Revoke platform access immediately
Remove Edge Matrix Studio from the security or connected-app settings in the relevant platform. This invalidates platform-side access immediately.
2. Disconnect inside EMS
Sign in to EMS, open Social Accounts, and choose Disconnect official connection. EMS clears the usable access and refresh tokens.
3. Request deletion of stored data
Email zsinba@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include your EMS login email, platform, and the account identifier to delete. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
4. Verification and completion
We will verify authority and delete or de-identify applicable account details, platform identifiers, and platform data. Information required for law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution is deleted after the required retention period.
